The Chase Bank credit card, teaming up with Mastercard and endorsed by Air Canada, merges the benefits and conveniences of these three entities, all under one of North America’s top banks.

When it comes to reward points, the card offers 3x points for every dollar spent on groceries, dining, delivery services, and Air Canada flights and packages.

For all other transactions, you receive 1 point for each dollar spent. Additionally, cardholders can earn a bonus of 500 points for every $2,000 spent monthly, up to a maximum of 1,500 points.

These bonuses do not expire and can be used for travel credits, including flights with Air Canada partner airlines, each point being worth around 1.25 cents.

As Chase mentions, the 60,000-point bonus for spending over $3,000 in the first three months can cover a flight to another continent with the airline.

Getting the credit card doesn’t require you to be a customer of other J.P. Morgan services.

The credit card has standard eligibility requirements for applicants with Chase Bank, like being at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, and 21 in Puerto Rico).

Additionally, it’s important to be a US citizen or a properly regulated foreign national with a work visa. Chase will perform a detailed credit and financial assessment for card approval.

Thus, proof of income and a good-to-excellent FICO score are essential. Other than that, there aren’t major requirements to qualify for the credit card.
